This is a Graduation Open House that I catered in June. The hostess is someone I’ve catered for previously and worked with on the organization of some larger ministry events. She is delightful and I loved catering this party for her daughter💕

It is rare for Cris and I to share a meal these days… especially one that I cook. Admittedly, I cook so much for events that it’s hard to want to do this for my family if I have an evening off🥰. Wednesday was an exception. We broiled a lovely Cod loin, seasoned with Chili, Garlic and Lemon Pepper and I added a side of my homemade Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese. It turned into one of those simple but fabulous meals that we were able to enjoy together ♥️

Sunday I catered a Fantastic Family Reunion! The venue was Landaus in New Melle and the menu was a Mexican Fiesta Bar w/ ALL the fixings!
The weather was extraordinary, the location beautiful and I loved the family, especially the hostess! She was a delight to work with and it makes my job a lot of fun!
Thank you to Cris and my girls (Dawn and Diane) for your hard work- I’m blessed by my team🙏🏻.

Oh my goodness, what an incredible evening! My staff and I had the pleasure of catering dinner for this lovely event on Saturday at St. Anselm Parish.

I absolutely loved planning with Beth, Joan, Marge and Lisa. Thank you ladies- it was such a pleasure!
And a sincere thank you to Larry and Anthony for all the extra set-up details you assisted with !!!!

The MENU included:
*My Sensational Seasons Salad
*Prime Rib w/ Beef Au Jus
*Tarragon Chicken in a
White Wine Cream Sauce

I have had a SERIOUS CRAVING for Fried Goat Cheese! It is a love, love, love of mine and I serve it along side my Sensational Seasons Salad w/ Fresh Berries, Sweet Pecans and a luscious Raspberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette. My husband on the other hand is a Steak ‘n Taters guy all the way! I also LOVE this combination, but not more than my Goat Cheese salad at the moment 😂.
These featured plates were our Friday night dinner. Salad for me and the hearty meat and starch for him. Just curious, Which would YOU choose?

Dinner at JINGLE was FUN yesterday evening! This young man was happy to pose in front of several of my food items and show his appreciation for his favorites! He was delightful😊. Thank you “E” - you were awesome!
