📍 Wenatchee Avenue (closed from 2nd Street to Orondo Avenue)
The Avenue will be filled with costumes, candy, and community spirit as local businesses hand out treats in a safe and festive environment. Bring the family, stop by the Trolley for sweets, smiles, and spooky fun! 🍬🎃
