We’re excited to share that Host Wenatchee has a new phone number! We’ve upgraded to a new system that makes it easier than ever to track conversations and stay connected with our amazing clients.

Call or text us anytime between 10 AM – 3 PM, Monday through Friday to book your event or talk through the details!

As always, we’re fully available during your event at Host—our team is here to make sure everything runs smoothly!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️A quick note about our office hours at Host!⭐️

We’ll be taking new bookings, working with clients, and making sure events are perfect Monday–Friday between 10AM and 3PM. While we won’t always be on-site during those hours, we’re still hard at work behind the scenes!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Venue hours for events are always 7AM–11PM, 7 days a week⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You will see 10am-3pm on our Google page—those reflect our booking hours, not when events can be held. (We party all day everyday 😘)

If you can’t get a hold of us right away, be sure to check out our FAQ page—it answers most of the questions we get.

Walkthroughs and in-person appointments are by appointment only. Just let us know what works for you and we’ll get something scheduled!
