Doug and Sarah Klamm purchased 506 Main St in Wellsville in 2016. The building had previously used as an antique store. Friends and family helped Doug and Sarah remove the plaster to reveal the brick walls. The original hardwood floors were brought out of hiding and the damaged ceiling was covered with fresh tin. New heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical were installed. The party space is about 1900 sq feet and features string lights, led fairy lights and chandeliers.
The back part of the building has a prep kitchen with sink, 2 refrigerators and a commercial ice machine with 500# of ice available to use by hosts. Fun bar with a vintage bar and a 6ft long ice trough to keep bottles and cans cold. There is a charming changing room for brides. There are 2 stall womens and 2 stall mens restrooms as well as a wheelchair accessible family restroom with baby changing station.
Alley Cat Hair Studio operates in the back of Milestone Events and is open Tues-Sat by appointment. Cat is also available to do bridal party hair and or makeup.
Pricing for the space is very affordable. The host can bring their own food or have it catered. Smokey’s caters and they are right next door! We have an open alcohol policy and the host may bring and serve alcohol to their guests over 21.
