50. That's it, just 50 spots left in the pool at Polar Bear. If you wait for April, it will be too late.

The Polar Bear Triathlon and Duathlon is on Saturday May 2, 2026. It includes the following events: Polar Bear Triathlon, College Student Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, College Student Duathlon, Triathlon Relay, Student Triathlon Relay, Sprint Aquabike, Virtual Triathlon, and Virtual Duathlon.

You folks are amazing. It’s only March 1 and there are just 80 spots left in the pool at the Polar Bear Triathlon. When they’re gone, they’re gone, police details can only stay on the roads so long!

All of the races are up. Polar Bear is WAY up. Again. The pool is half full already. Sell out will be earlier in the Tri than last year. Wait list will come for thise who register for the dua in March? February? Don’t wait. Congrats to all who are already in.

What an amazing day yesterday for the largest race in years! While it was a tad chilly in the morning, the water was calm and clear, some of the best swim conditions we've seen in years. The day turned into a glorious late summer day, sunscreen was definitely needed for the rocking BBQ. The volunteers were out in force and were amazing! Thanks to NH State Parks and Rye Police!
