In addition to the excitement of hosting our biggest wedding of the season so far, we also welcomed our first small batch of peafowl to the farm this past Saturday. Fortunately, mom kept her chicks close and on the “down low” in my wildflower garden. Hoping we can get them into a barn today. 🦚

Love how intimate this small wedding was. Originally the plan was to hold the ceremony by the pond, but as time went on we all came to the realization we needed to bring it inside. What a great decision that was. No sooner did we get everything in place in the hayloft it began to pour. I don’t know how you feel about old wives’ tales, but the word on the street is if it rains on your wedding, you will have luck. If that’s true Zach and Kaylee will have much luck and blessings.
