At our year-end meeting on November 14th, a community member presented a proposal to lease our grounds for a biker rally over Memorial Weekend. The committee chose to table the decision until our next meeting.

At the follow-up meeting on December 5th, after further discussion, the committee voted not to approve the use of our facilities for this event.

We appreciate the community’s interest in utilizing our grounds and value all ideas brought forward. As always, decisions are made with careful consideration for the safety, mission, and long-term goals of our association.

We will be holding a follow-up meeting tomorrow night, Friday December 5th at 6:00pm at Weippe City Hall to vote on a topic that was brought to us at our November 14th meeting. All are welcome to attend.

We will be holding our 2025 year-end closeout meeting Friday November 14th at 6:00pm at the Weippe Rodeo Grounds. All are welcome to attend, we hope to see everyone!
