Saddened at the loss of our cousin Junior

Laken Lee Eubank, Jr., 61 of Webster Springs, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 due to an automobile accident.

He was born January 3, 1964 in Buckhannon to Laken Lee Eubank, Sr. and the late Mary Jean Stout Eubank. Laken was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed traveling and cooking; he loved his animals and spending time with his family. He previously pastored Fairview Community Church for 15 years.

Left to cherish his memory are his father; wife Carla Wright Eubank; children: Andrew (Savannah) Eubank, Jessica (Travis) McCourt, Mary Beth Eubank (Brandon Nulter), Andrea (Josh) Hamrick, Leigh Anne (Todd) Lynch and bonus sons Jonathan McCartney and Nick Hamrick; grandchildren: Jakob and Ivan Nulter, Somer, Ethan, and Jonathan Hamrick and bonus grandson Ezra Strader; brother Brian (Sandra) Eubank; sister Lois Eubank; and several extended family and friends to mourn his passing.

In keeping with Laken’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.

Hello family,

This page was created so we can get to know our cousins, who are direct descendants of Troy and Lilly Eubank. Thought it would be a good way for the younger generations to know who they are related to.

Missy, Jeff, and Rachel are the administrators of this page. We do not have addresses for all our cousins who should have access to this page. If you know anyone who are not a current follower, please message one of us so they can be added.

We are going to have a gathering, a Cuz Fest, at Baker's Island in August 2026. We do not have an exact date at this time but are looking at the 1st or 2nd weekend in August 2026. We would like to see all of our cousins attend, who are available. More information will be forth coming.

Additionally, the Cuz Fest is only for our cousins, our spouses/significant others, our children, and grandchildren. The first generation of Papaw and grandma (our dads) are not invited to this initial gathering. This gathering is about us, the grand children, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren of papaw and grandma.

We would like everyone to use the page to keep up to date on family information. All posts will need prior approval from the administrators.
