As a female veteran,
I’ve been on a journey—learning how to live freely, on my own terms. no nightmares, sleepless nights, chronic pain symptoms , anxiety attacks or depression. It’s hard to give to others when your cup is low!

That just means taking care of my health in ways that feel right to me is even more important! By embracing natural living, and surrounding myself with positive, driven people - I refill my cup! ❤️

From fresh air to clean water, pure foods to grounded energy—I try to stay connected to what truly matters. And while life doesn’t always place you in the best environments, the military taught me something that never leaves: perseverance and intestinal fortitude.

Even while wearing many hats as an entrepreneur and nonprofit founder, one role I still carry is recon—finding the spaces, people, and moments that recharge the soul.

After a long week, I tapped into that energy by supporting some amazing friends and comedians getting ready for Freedom in the Clouds at a free comedy show.
