Many of you have noticed I’ve been quieter on here lately, so I thought now was the perfect time to share an update.
This past year has been one of growth and transition. Without giving away any gorey detail, I pushed myself to finish my degree by taking on a whopping 21 credits. Despite the work load and emotional stress, I graduated with honors as the Outstanding Graduate. That recognition, especially in front of my children, was one of the proudest moments of my life.
Since graduation, I’m grateful to have stepped into a secure full-time position, but motherhood and art will always remain at the heart of what I do. While I’ve shifted away from weekend-long festivals and events, I am continuing to book private parties and shorter engagements.
