We teamed up with the Weatherford Public Library for July’s Watercolor at Chandor Gardens class with Kathy Ott, where artists brought the garden’s colorful koi fish to life.

Looking for a fun way to celebrate? Join us at Spark in the Park on July 4 at Heritage Park! Enjoy a free evening of live music, family fun, food vendors, and fireworks. Festivities begin at 6:00 PM.

It’s easy to imagine Douglas Chandor smiling at the sight of artists gathered in his studio, paintbrushes in hand, capturing the beauty of the gardens he loved.

Today, we partnered with the Weatherford Public Library to host Watercolor at Chandor Gardens with Kathy Ott, giving participants the opportunity to paint one of the garden's most iconic views—the Chinese Bridge.

Looking for a beautiful place to take the special mothers in your life this Mother’s Day? Chandor Gardens will be extending our hours on Sunday, May 10th from 11AM–5PM, giving you more time to stroll the gardens and enjoy the day together.

An annual pass also makes a thoughtful Mother’s Day gift! We are part of the American Horticultural Society Garden Network, which means an annual pass also includes reciprocal admission to over 380 public gardens nationwide through the AHS program.

What a beautiful morning at Chandor Gardens!

We loved welcoming Storytime guests into the gardens for a little music, a few good books, and plenty of smiles along the way. Even with a bit of cloud cover, it was the perfect setting to chase some bubbles and enjoy time together outdoors.

Thank you to the Weatherford Public Library for bringing the fun to us! And thank you to everyone who joined in. We hope to see you back in the gardens again soon!
