I'm talking low and slow, succulent samplings of brisket, ribs, pork, whole hog and chicken. We at Shack's Q are here for your event. If your looking to hold a fundraiser, contact us for pre-sale opportunities and donation levels. If you have a big event and would like to sample some of our work, let us know in advance and we will be glad to work you up some samples. We are able to cook for your pickup, cook to deliver or even cook on-site.

I have 1x 2 pound pan of brisket and 3x 3 pound pans of pork available if anyone wants anything this evening. $30 for each pan. Notice the pork is in 3 pound pans this time.

Just a heads up, keep your eyes open tomorrow night for 2 pound pans of meat that could be available. Not taking orders right now but there are bound to be some pans available. Going on the smoker tomorrow will be Pulled Pork, pulled chicken, brisket, ribs and a BRAND NEW item.... Pork Belly Brisket. Can't wait to give that a try!

UPDATE - 0 CHICKEN AND 2 PANS OF PORK LEFT

Pork is ready for pickup!!!!!! Come and get it!!!!

I've got 1 extra 2 pound pan of chicken and 8 extra 2 pound pans of pork. Each pan $20!!! Let me know if I can get ya one.

Sorry for the late pickup, it is taking longer than normal and the east has not come off yet, and you can not speed it up and have a great product. Pickup can start at 8 tonight OR any time tomorrow

Pork is cooking right along. Not sure on exact time for pickup yet. Also got some chicken on for a party. Also, threw together 60 pounds of homemade bacon. Got the pork belly curing now. 7 days and then smoke and slice to make that fresh bacon. Can't wait

Shacks Q is going to offer pulled pork for pickup on Friday. If interested, let me know how many pounds you want. Looks like $10 per pound should cover it. I will keep orders open until Wednesday. Thanks ya'll
