I'm talking low and slow, succulent samplings of brisket, ribs, pork, whole hog and chicken. We at Shack's Q are here for your event. If your looking to hold a fundraiser, contact us for pre-sale opportunities and donation levels. If you have a big event and would like to sample some of our work, let us know in advance and we will be glad to work you up some samples. We are able to cook for your pickup, cook to deliver or even cook on-site.

Happy Friday ya'll!!!! I got 9 - 2 poundpans of pork available for $20 per pan. They will be ready for 5 PM pickup. Take a pan and tailgate at the Waynesboro game or get a pan for the PSU vs. Michigan game tomorrow or your NFL team on Sunday!!!

I have been bellyaching about the price of brisket for quite some time now, it is sad to see that even in Texas some BBQ joints are dropping brisket from their menu as the costs continue to skyrocket.

Butter's BBQ near Corpus Christi in Texas dropped brisket from its menu after beef prices surged, with the beef cut eating over 70% of grocery costs.

I have 2 pints of fresh beef tallow available. $8 per pint. Only got 2 of them available though. Amazing to use on the Blackstone, or with some potatoes, cast iron skillet for steaks.... Many uses.

I have been smoking brisket for multiple decades, and when you cook thousands of pounds a year, you start to get the feel for what you like and what you don't. Maybe it is just me, but when I see cases of Creekstone come in, I start to get excited (I know, weird). Be on the lookout. Cook upcoming!

I have 1x 2 pound pan of brisket and 3x 3 pound pans of pork available if anyone wants anything this evening. $30 for each pan. Notice the pork is in 3 pound pans this time.
