I gotta know what you guys want for Saturday and Sunday daily specials this weekend!

We are up here at the carryout store doing some deeeep cleaning and bouncing ideas around.

Im not sure about Saturday but I was thinking Cajun beer can chicken for sunday.

Alright time for a photo dump from the last 2 days. I FINALLY took everyone's advice and spent a little time away from the store and actually did something FUN!!

Monday morning Alicia and I slipped down to Kent Narrows Island just on the other side of the bay bridge. Over the next 36 hours we enjoyed hiking inside Terrapin Nature Park, dinner at the Jetty restaurant, a sunset cruise, and the next day an awesome fishing charter on the bay. The captain and first mate couldnt get over how good the fishing was! We were catching them left and right.

But now it's back to reality 🤣
The carryout is open and we need something special for today!
Today only we are going to test run a new grilled shrimp salad! Its time we mix it up and take a little more mindful approach to what we are eating. Ive already had a few of these and love it each time!

Grilled shrimp salad topped with tomatoes and croutons with your choice of dressing (highly recommended remoulade)
Since it is a trial run today its only 9.99 for a large salad!

Alright yall I have a serious question!
I am stuck at a fork in the road. Like everything the price of fish from my suppliers keeps going up. But it's gone up a lot since the last time I had to change the price. You probably wouldn't believe me if I said it is the lowest margin item we sell and here lately with the price it only breaks even 😭

Sooooo my question is would you rather see the price go up or the portion go down to match. We are currently using 2- 6oz cod portions in a dinner and I have the option to switch to 2- 4oz portions.
