The 16th Annual Virginia Chili, Blues n' Brews Festival returns to Lumos Plaza on Saturday, September 12 at 12:00 noon with chili cookoff favorites, artisan vendors, food trucks, live blues, and plenty of cold brews. 🍻🎶
