I have my South Philly Pork today... served hot with my l***y roasemary gravy. I also have Trio pork hoagies (I get one every time we roast off the pork)

Also Tomato, Eggplant & Sausage Soup. I take a quart home and put it over spaghetti (easily feeds 2-3 people)

Tomorrow Sausage Parmigiana sandwiches!!
