• 50+ soups & sauces
• Salads, charcuterie, fruit boards
• Menu writing & recipe development
• Food cost management
• Inventory/ordering/receiving
• Food Photography
• Work design, labor scheduling
• Off-premise catering deliveries (& BIG tips!)
Plus:

• $15/hour and up + big tips!
