Our company rents everything you need for a slamming outdoor movie night
The Backyard Lounge team will transform your outdoor space into the best movie party ever.
We are professional, patient, detailed oriented and take the stress out of planning !
We usually set up between 3pm and as late as 7pm and pickup the following day before noon.

Where do you deliver? Is there a fee?
🍿We deliver within 10 miles of our Waycross, GA facility for $10
🍿Between 15-25 miles of our facility $20

How long is the rental period?
🎥Typically we will schedule the rental be dropped off mid afternoon and picked up the morning after.

The screen is 20ft wide, 13ft tall, 4 ft deep
Pets

Our services are geared toward humans, please do not allow your pets to climb on any of our products.
Additional fees will be incurred if our rental items are returned with excessive pet hair or odor.
Food and beverage. Who wouldn't love to eat popcorn and candy while watching a movie.
Please feel free to consume food and beverage. Each sofa includes a breakfast tray (deluxe) that can be used for food and beverage. Please note, that you are responsible to ensure that our rental items remain stain-free and that additional fees will be incurred in the event our rental items are returned with food and/or beverage stains.
Deposit
🎥Yes.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. We will send you an invoice via PayPal for easy online payments for both your deposit, as well as your final balance.
This deposit will be applied to your rental price.
It is a non refundable deposit if you cancel your booking.
🎥We understand that people can be unpredictable and sometimes accidents happen; from crashing into a screen while rough-housing to having a spill.
As such, we also require a refundable $50damage security deposit.
🎥If no damage is noted, we will refund your deposit via the original method of payment within 48 hours of your event.
Payment option
🎥At this time, we accept payment via PayPal,Cash App and cash. (No checks )
After the initial conversation regarding your party details, we will email you an invoice via PayPal. You can elect to pay the deposit directly through PayPal /CashApp or coordinate a cash payment.
We will also email you a final invoice 10 days prior to your event date with final payment due 7 days in advance of your party.
