Great turn out today and results were amazing! We had people waiting in line for ribs to come off the smoker . Enjoyed teaching my kids the skills of smoking meat.

I want to thank David Cardwell with Black Warrior smokers for helping me design and build my dream smoker. Pig cooker and reverse flow combo. If you need a smoker built, they did an awesome job and are great to work with. Come out this weekend to Autum Treasures in Waxhaw and you will see this beast in action.
