Usually, you'll find Bailey behind the scenes, helping our amazing clients capture unforgettable memories at their events. But this time, it was finally HER turn to step in front of the camera!

Bailey and Tristin celebrated a beautiful fall wedding out at the gorgeous Captain's Cove Resort LLC in Gresham. They absolutely rocked our Premier Booth paired with our autumn background! 🍁 It was such an honor for EPic Event Photo Booths to be part of the magic and capture these moments for one of our own. 📸❤️

Huge congratulations to Sydnee and Alec on a truly unforgettable wedding day! 💍✨ We had an amazing time bringing the EPic Event Photo Booths experience to Indian Point Manor in Eagle River, WI.

What makes our Gala Booth so incredibly special is its complete mobility. While the newlyweds were taking their professional portraits, we were able to bring the Gala Booth right out to the dock! 🌅📸 Capturing these fun, spontaneous moments with the gorgeous sunset and lake right behind them was absolute magic.

🎉 NEW PRODUCT IN THE WORKS — WE NEED YOUR HELP TESTING! 🎉

We have been hard at work designing a brand-new, fully automated Virtual Audio Guestbook service from the ground up to add to our lineup.

Before we officially launch, we need to run a live stress test to ensure the phone lines and cloud audio processing can handle heavy volume simultaneously. We could really use our community's help to put it through its paces!

Private estate weddings simply hit differently—especially right on the Wisconsin River in Wisconsin Rapids! 🚤✨

Rhiannon and Jacob’s celebration at their family home was pure magic from start to finish. Right after saying “I do,” the newlyweds sealed the moment by cruising across the river in a classic wooden boat before heading into an incredible evening of fireside s’mores, sunset river views, and dancing under the glow of the tent lights.

We had the honor of bringing our Memory Maker Package out to the riverfront to celebrate The Wogahns:

The Vintage Mirrorless Titan:
Housed in a genuine antique bellows camera body, this setup gave guests a timeless heirloom look on the outside, powered by modern mirrorless tech on the inside for razor-sharp prints.

Audio Guestbook on the Waterfront:
Framed against a custom arch right by the water, friends and family picked up the vintage receiver to leave sweet, hilarious, and heartfelt messages the couple can listen back to for decades.
Keepsake Scrapbook Station:
Guests walked away with custom photo strips while pasting the duplicate print right into Rhiannon and Jacob’s personalized foil-embossed album alongside personal notes.
From picture-perfect portraits in front of the greenery wall to neon shades and laugh-out-loud prop poses, the energy never slowed down.

From the stunning floral arrangements at the entrance to the artists and museum supporters letting loose and having an absolute blast (who knew a banana hat could be so high fashion? 🍌🎩), the vibe here is unmatched. Our Vintage Party Cam felt right at home celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. O'Dea at the gorgeous Hotel Northland, Green Bay - Autograph Collection. There is something incredibly special about pairing a classic, vintage-style photo booth with the timeless elegance and rich wood architecture of a historic hotel—the aesthetic was an absolute perfect match! 📸🏛️

Guests brought the energy all night long, snapping memories and picking up the rotary phone to leave sweet (and hilarious) voicemails on our retro Audio Guestbook.
