The Granite Cellar, located in the lower level of the Danes Hall of Waupaca, is looking to add a KITCHEN ASSISTANT with kitchen experience to our team to work every other Sunday morning during our Sunday brunch.
Pay starting at $17/hour + tips
The Granite Cellar's regular hours are Tuesdays – Thursdays 4pm – 9pm and Fridays and Saturday 4pm-10pm, and Sundays 10am - 2pm, when we do not have a private event. The kitchen serves 4pm-8:30pm Tuesdays-Saturdays, and 10am-2pm on Sundays.
The qualified candidate will:
· Be on site as scheduled or find a fill-in for assigned shifts.
· Know and follow all food safe practices.
· Follow the guidance and directions of the kitchen manager.
· Learn and execute the Signature Menu and specials.
· Use the KDS screen for order fulfillment.
· Provide customer service by preparing food and customer interaction.
· Follow checklists for opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
