✨ I'M GROWING MY TEAM! ✨
I’m looking for a woman (or possibly two!) to join the Anna Alethia Photography team!
My business has reached the point where I need another set of hands behind the scenes so I can spend more of my time photographing, creating, and taking care of my clients.
There are TWO areas I need help with. These could potentially be filled by the same person OR two separate people, so if only one sounds like you, I still want to hear from you!
CLIENT COMMUNICATION + TEXTING
I’m looking for someone to help manage incoming and outgoing text conversations Monday–Saturday.
This is a fairly high-volume inbox, so I need someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, is comfortable keeping multiple conversations going at once, and can stay organized with follow-ups.
You’d be helping with things like:
• Responding to new inquiries and leads
• Answering basic questions about sessions
• Following up with women who have expressed interest
• Helping potential clients take the next step toward booking
• Keeping conversations organized and making sure people don’t fall through the cracks
This portion can be done remotely, from the studio, or a combination of both.
Exact hours and schedule are still being determined. There is flexibility depending on the right person, and Monday–Saturday availability does NOT necessarily mean working full days six days a week.
Photography experience isn’t necessary. I’m much more interested in finding someone who is warm, confident, conversational, dependable, organized, and good at communicating with people.
STUDIO ASSISTANT + CREATIVE HELP
I’m also looking for someone who would like to physically work with me in my Waunakee studio.
This could include things like:
• Organizing and maintaining the studio wardrobe
• Cleaning and resetting the studio
• Helping create, change and organize sets
• Organizing props and supplies
• Behind-the-scenes photos and videos
• Helping create reels and social media content
• Assisting with various studio projects
• And probably plenty of random odd jobs that come with running a creative business!
This portion would obviously be in person at the studio.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE INTERESTED IN BOTH!
If you’re fantastic at communicating with people but have zero desire to organize lingerie, stand on a ladder, and/or move furniture around, that’s totally fine.
If you’d much rather spend an afternoon helping me create a set, organize the wardrobe and film BTS than answer text messages, that’s fine too.
And if BOTH sound like your kind of job, definitely tell me!
Because this is a female-only bo***ir studio, you need to be comfortable working in an environment centered around women, body confidence and bo***ir photography.
I’m looking for someone dependable who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, can work independently, and is comfortable in a creative environment where every day may look a little different.
A little about working with me: I’m a very direct communicator. I’d rather communicate clearly, address something when it comes up, and move forward than leave anyone guessing about what I mean or what I need. I’m looking for someone who appreciates that communication style and is comfortable giving me direct communication in return, too.
