The Allamakee County Fair is built by community, and sustained by those who believe in it.

Residents - please do not throw items at the yard waste site that do not belong. A couple of weeks ago our staff found broken windows, boards with nails, and other items that do not go there. Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, yard and garden debris and bush including clean woody vegetative material.

There are cameras in the area and anyone who puts items there which don't belong will be fined.
Thank you.
