The H-Btry crew knocked it out of the park today . We served up a killer Baked (Smoked) potato bar, complete with pulled pork, cheese,green onion,bacon bits, sour cream, butter, bbq sauce,ranch, Hawaiian rolls.

Things were learned and adjustments will be made! Overall though I couldn’t be happier with the product we turned out!

Huge shout out and thanks to my wife, Stephanie, and Best, Good Friend Kathy, and oldest son, Christopher, could not have done it without them!

The H-BTRY team competed this weekend in the Johnston Green Day’s Smokin’ Hero’s BBQ Competition.

It was hot and windy but we had a blast!

The H-Btry crew pulled off an impressive cook this weekend. We cooked 22 whole chickens for a church picnic. We loaded up the smoker with the first 12 birds and then were able to stagger them so nothing sat in a warmer. The meat came off the cooker and pretty well straight to the table.

I couldn’t ask for a better crew.
