Huge day today cooking for 150 Texas Roadhouse crew! Four butts, 50 # of quartered chicken, smoked sausage, three pans of Mexican street cream corn, and three pans of Mac and cheese. Couldn’t get pics of all because it was non-stop cooking since 4 am. Bailed out by the wife again and feel like I got ran over by a truck. Love cooking for others though!
