Hello Everyone, We have some unfortunate news to share. We will be closing The Play Factory. First we would like to say Thank you to everyone who has supported us through this journey. Family, friends and loyal customers. We have enjoyed being a part of the Waterville downtown community and are sad to say this is the outcome. Our landlords have been so supportive through this process and cannot wait to see what is happening at 99 Main Street.
A few housekeeping details…we are going to be selling all of the equipment that we have. We are trying to make enough to pay back the Birthday party deposits for the families that were unable to celebrate with us. This will be a fast process and are going to have “open shopping hours” for anyone interested in some of the materials inside. We wish there would have been a different outcome, but in this time of uncertainty, we have to make this decision for our family and our business. Again, we appreciate everyone’s loyalty and continue to look forward to seeing everyone within our communities. Please stay safe and healthy!
