As General Manager, you'll oversee aspects of the business, including team leadership, guest experience, revenue growth, safety, and day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact while creating memorable experiences for families, groups, and guests of all ages.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead, coach, and develop a large team across multiple departments
✅ Ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence
✅ Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance goals
✅ Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and local community engagement
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
✅ Oversee attractions, food & beverage operations, events, and facility management
What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven leadership experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, restaurants, or similar high-volume operations
✔ Strong people management and team-building skills
✔ Experience with budgeting, P&L management, and operational oversight (not necessary but would be a perk)
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
✔ Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
