Good morning! With this fresh snow on the ground and chilly wind it’s a great day for chili!! We will be in Watertown NY at the Dulles state office building for the Chili cook off! We will be facepainting FREE from 11-3pm today. Stop by with the family , eat all kinds of chili, get the kids faces painted all while supporting the Volunteer Transportation center 🙂❤️
