Celebrating Scorpio season with my fav Scorpio bestie and a little photo share of a few of our sessions together... including our ghostie session! For each of her sessions, we sat down together and dreamed up all the details... the props, wardrobe, sets, and ALL the fun creative things!

There’s just something so exciting about taking an idea and bringing it to life through photos. And finding someone who not only embraces my ADHD brain full of endless ideas but actually LOVES it? Even better! Thank you Queen!

I'm thinking, we might need a new Halloween photo session for this season. What do you think? Should we do witches, something pumpkin themed, Practical Magic inspired session? , what should we do for our updated Halloween photo session?

My studio is my favorite. I love the flexibility of being able to transform a room into a unique set for each client. I also love hosting events and NNY Women’s Network meet ups at my studio. It feels like my creative home 🥰.
This past week, the studio turned into a floral mess for a high school seniors session and a space center for my second senior this past week.
Just because I love my studio, doesn’t mean I don’t leave the studio for sessions. I love on-location sessions too! I’m just saying, I love having a studio especially on cold days!! Lately, I have been enjoying the mix of studio and outdoors session.

If you had to pick a studio session, outdoor session, or a mix of both, what would you pick?

I found a box of my colorful filters as I was clearing the studio, so I was inspired 🤣. I ended up using a purple one for a senior session after making this video.

Question…

Should I do a part two using the filters? Which color should I use? Purple, blue, red, yellow?

Small business owners, is this a thing you do too?

Do you do a little happy dance every time someone mentions your name, tags your business, or sends a referral your way? Because I love celebrating all these moments in business with dancing!!! That’s normal right?

This week, I’m getting ready for holiday sessions, branding sessions + headshot experiences, October is almost completely filled, and somehow we’re already talking November and December. HOW?!

If you’ve been thinking about photos for your business, holiday photos with your family, or photos simply because you feel like treating yourself and doing something fun… holla at your girl!

(P.s. don’t mind me while I bring back millennial phrases )

Call me nostalgic for printed photos, but no amount of digitals can replace the feeling of holding a printed photo. It brings you back to the moment. It makes you tell a story. It puts a smile on your face.

I look at the printed photo of my son at the end of this video and I love it so much because it was an unplanned photo and it makes me revisit the moment of him at two saying… “momma it’s my studio”

I can’t stop thinking about thumb drives of digitals becoming the next floppy disks. Yea, I’m aging myself….but you know what I mean? I don’t want to eBay a special device to look at my photos.

Printed photos are such special treasures. I always tell people, when you book me, you can expect the best of both worlds, digital to share, and something printed for you to revisit the moment.

Can we start a printed photo lovers club? Does anyone still have boxes of photos? I can’t be alone 🤣

October is here! It’s spooky season AND my birthday month! My birthday is on Halloween, so I’m soaking up all the Halloween events, creating costumes, and dreaming up creative photo sessions like this one

Wild Oakes and I met on instagram when she was posting a ton of special effects makeup. We had a dm chat and then planned this fun session for spooky, vintage vibes!
Cool story about the parasol. The parasol was found in the Masonic temple where my studio is the day before the photo shoot and I asked the person who found it if we can borrow it for the photo shoot. Doesn’t that look like it was already part of the session?!!
