Last SUP class until next summer!! Friday, September 26th, 6PM!

A yoga class that challenges your practice (and your balance) and connects you to nature, taught by Sam, a certified SUP yoga instructor.

Location: Maxx Rentals Paddlesports and More
George Wyth State Park

Class Plan: Class will start on land with Introductions SUP 101 (learn about your board, how to paddle and balance on your board)
Paddle to anchor spot
45 minute Yoga Practice
Paddle back to dock.

No yoga or paddle board experience necessary.

What to wear: athletic or swimwear that you don’t mind getting wet. Remember the ABC rule-anything but cotton.

What to bring: water bottle, sunscreen, towel. You will get a locker for your keys.

Pre registration is required. No refunds unless we cancel due to weather.

Rental hours this weekend
Saturday Sunday and Monday open 10am-7pm
This is the last weekend daily hours are open at the beach for rentals

George Wyth Beach is open everyday but rentals will be by appointment only after this Labor Day weekend

We'll try to get the best out of September and then probably be packed up for the season and done by the end of September
