Good Morning to all my clients and friends,
I am announcing , I will NOT be catering at Dukes as of April 30,2019 for multiple reasons.
I have decided to concentrate on my catering at my multiple other venues . I have acquired many venues with pavilions and groves in the capital district for clam bakes, steak bakes , weddings, corporate events etc .

It’s been a great 4 years at Dukes and feel very confident as I have reached my potential there and have a growing spurt . Thank you for making Distinctive Catering a success , it’s because of YOU that I am confident moving forward and upward is the right decision.

Distinctive Catering... BEST wedding caterer ever! No words can describe our gratitude for the PERFECT job they did for my daughters wedding at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs. ~Annette Osher Osher is the owner of Distinctive Catering. When I first met Annette, I quickly realized that using her was going to be the best decision made for my daughters wedding. From our first meeting to the very end of the wedding, every detail was cared for well beyond our expectations. Her whole focus is to make the dream of having a fairytale wedding become a reality. It was nothing short of that. She will always hold a very special place in our hearts. ~Her Staff. I have been to many many weddings. I have never seen staff work so hard, and always with a smile the way this staff did. I was not the only one who noticed this, as so many of the guests commented about them as well. They are all professionals and easily cared for the 220 guests. They are truly the dream team. ~The Food... nothing less than 100% PERFECTION. There are no words to describe just how amazing all the food was. Not only did we hear this from just about every guest, but many who were not at the wedding said that they heard the food was unbelievable as well. We chose buffet style, so that our guests could enjoy a variety of food. From the hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, every dish on the buffet line, to the ice cream sundae bar, and 3 different flavors of wedding cake, the compliments continue to be said. I am confident that any food critic would give their highest rating. My daughter and son in law said they felt they had the most perfect wedding day. I will always attribute this to Annette, her staff and the food. So, if you are planning a wedding, you have many choices to choose from. If you want the perfect wedding, then I cant recommend enough for you to use Distinctive Catering.

Incredible job today ! It rained and it rained. The grove was dry , food was great , music was fun and my staff kept working and smiling . A great group!
