7 years later and we finally realized… maybe it’s time to introduce the people behind the draping designs and chandeliers 😂✨
Hola, I’m Karina and about 10 years ago, I completely changed my life. I left the corporate world and moved to Barcelona to finish my master’s and to see the world (why not?) I spent a year traveling through Europe, falling in love with beautifully designed spaces and all the little details that make people feel something.
Somewhere between those adventures, EZ-Occasions was born. I turned my love for design and owning a business into a job involving fabric, chandeliers, ladders... lots of ladders and just a tiny bit of controlled chaos.
And because every great chaos coordinator needs a right hand; meet Rossana, my lead designer + sister 🤍. She officially joined the team last season and she’s the calm to my creative madness, the person who keeps installs moving, and the one who’s probably heard me say “wait, what if we added more fabric?” at least 10,000 times.
Together with our amazing team, we’ve spent the last 7 years transforming empty tents and venues all over CT + New England, and honestly… we still have moments where we look around and think, “wait… this is our actual job?” 🥹

👶 Neither of us has kids yet… but I’m patiently waiting for her to make me an auntie already 😂
