David has spent most of his time studying the human form - most especially, faces and smiles. It is through his own photography of faces, teeth and smiles that he discovered a genuine appreciation for the art of photography. Over the past couple of years, he has embraced photography with fervor and excitement, spending endless hours experiencing life behind the lens of a camera. Through this, he

has realized that his true passion is capturing the beauty in life. Whether it's a Northern Michigan sunset, a family portrait, a couple in love, or a 4 am photo shoot with a college rowing crew, David is dedicated to capturing the genuine beauty of life's significant and seemingly insignificant moments, because, if life is measured as a series of moments, then why not emblazon them beautifully? David Taylor was recently a winner in Crain's Detroit Business River Photo Content. His photo was published in the print edition of "Living and Investing in the D." It ran on August 20th, 2012.
