Fairies, dog and kitty fairies (and gnomes too!) were flying around at the Succulent and Cactus Fairy Garden workshop on Thursday night 3/14 at Proud Flower. It was so fun! It was really awesome to see all the creativity and thoughtfulness that went in to each garden. Each one, a little work of art! Thanks so much to Gary, Natalie…and all of the fairy and flower friends for coming to the workshop at Proud Flower. It was a great success! I’m shooting to host one workshop a month. Flower friends! There have been some big changes at Flower!

I have expanded Proud Flower into the former Home Again consignment shop next-door.

Never fear… The space is still filled with many fabulous finds: antique, vintage, gently used, and new: furniture, lamps, home decor, kitchen items, textiles, glassware, collectibles, books and more! Think of it as flowers and finds! There is lots to see and shop… stop on in soon.

AND…Proud Flower workshops are back!
I am planning an interesting array of workshops featuring local artists to teach and inspire us with art, music, crafts, fiber arts, hand work, wellness, and more. Wahooooo!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! Thank you so much to all of you, my customers, friends, and family, for supporting me and my small local business.  I hope you’re all having a great celebration with your families and friends. There’s always so much to be thankful for! ❤️

Spring Decor Workshop and Item Swap at HOME AGAIN Consignment Shop!

Hi!
It’s Nina from Home Again. I am so excited to invite you to join us for Home Again’s first decor workshop and item swap on Thursday, April 27th from 6:30pm–8:30pm.

Home Again is a wonderful consignment shop right next to Proud Flower. Home Again is filled with furniture, glassware, dishes, lamps, art, textiles, collectibles, mirrors, books, rugs, housewares, small appliances, treasures and more!

Part Workshop! Part Swap! Part Fun!
• Workshop: You will learn tips and tricks on creative ways to display items in your home. Nina Towne, inspired designer and owner, will lead you through creative display and decor. “I have always had a knack for presenting unique and cohesive decor, displays, and vignettes out of chaos! Ha! I do it everyday in both of my shops, Proud Flower, and especially in Home Again, where I receive new items daily!”
• Item Swap: Bring 3–5 items to swap with other attendees! Please make sure the items are clean and in “gift quality” condition.
• Fun: Gather with other lovers of interesting items, display, and decor! Sips and snacks provided. Great door prizes too!

Come enjoy a hands-on workshop with other lovers of “stuff” and decor. Bring a few items to swap. You will leave with some new treasures, as well as ideas and tips to spruce up your spaces for Spring.
