Couples who book Enchanted Orchid Weddings to perform their ceremony will have an initial meeting with Amy to go over the details of their big day. This company is also able to run the rehearsal the night before, file marriage licenses, and create a keepsake marriage certificate as well as a keepsake ceremony booklet. I CHARGE A NON-REFUNDABLE PRE-PAYMENT OF 30% of the cost. THIS ENSURES THE AVAILABILITY TO PERFORM THE SERVICES NEEDED FOR A PARTICULAR TIME AND DATE. $225 Baptism, Naming Ceremony, Home Blessings, Jedi Knighting: This includes an initial meeting to create a personalized ceremony. A rehearsal is optional but recommended. Naming ceremony can be for people or pets. I offer a keepsake certificate for Baptisms and Jedi Knighting only. No paperwork is file.
$300 for Vow Renewals, Commitment ceremony: This includes an initial meeting to create a personalized ceremony. I offer a keepsake ceremony booklet and a keepsake vow renewal certificate. No certificate for commitment ceremonies. No paperwork is filed.
$325 for Elopements: You will have the choice of 3 different pre-scripted ceremonies. You will be able to write your own vows if you choose. I offer a keepsake ceremony booklet and a keepsake Marriage certificate. I perform day of coordinator duties including making sure the event starts on time and working with other vendors to hale the day move smoothly. I file the marriage license after the event.
$350 for Basic Ceremony: This fee includes an initial meeting to create a personalized ceremony, I run the rehearsal the day/night before (optional) but recommended, I offer a keepsake ceremony booklet and a marriage certificate. I file the marriage license after the event.
$375 for Unity/Family Ceremony: This is a basic ceremony, but it includes a unity candle, sand ceremony, involves children or mothers etc. This fee includes an initial meeting to create a personalized ceremony, I run the rehearsal the day/night before (optional) but recommended. I offer the use of a unity candle holder set, for a sand ceremony I offer a keepsake heart shaped jar along with the keepsake ceremony booklet and a marriage certificate. I file the marriage license after the event.
$425 for Theme Wedding (no costume): This a specific theme such as Medieval, Sci-Fi, Fantasy etc. A rehearsal is required. This fee includes an initial meeting to create the ceremony to include specific wording from said theme, and I offer a keepsake ceremony booklet and a marriage certificate. I file the marriage license after the event.
$475 for Theme Wedding (with one of my costumes): This a specific theme such as Medieval, Sci-Fi, Fantasy etc. I file the marriage license after the event.
$500 for Theme Wedding (with costume rental): This a specific theme such as Medieval, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, etc. This fee includes an initial meeting to create the ceremony to include specific wording from said theme, the cost of costume rental, and I offer a keepsake ceremony booklet and a marriage certificate. I file the marriage license after the event.
