Before it ever reaches a venue, chairs have to be checked and cleaned, glassware and charger plates polished, linens inspected, florals fluffed, candles tested, batteries replaced, backdrops repaired and every piece counted before loading.

Guests only see the finished room. They do not see the hours spent making sure the inventory arrives clean, complete and ready to be installed.
