Good Morning, Tamale fans, we are looking forward for ya'll to come see us tomorrow at the Menard Center from 10-3 for the Safety Expo. We will have Chipotle Beef, Green Chile Chicken, Red Chile Pork, & Smoked Pork Tamales. We will have our Signature Salsa also, Mild Red, Salsa Verde, Guacamole Salsa, & for those like it "Spicy" Habanero Pineapple..

🔥 We’re at the Alaska State Fair today for the Annual Beef Showdown! 🔥
Come see Loco Mamas from 11 am to 4:30 pm and cheer us on as we compete with our delicious beef dishes!
We’ll be serving the judges:

Santa Maria Tri-Tip Steak with Guacamole Salsa & Elote Corn

Ground Beef Albondigas (Porcupine Meatballs)

Hearty Colony Harvest Chuck Roast Soup

Plus, we’ll have samples ready for you to taste at 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm, and 4:30 pm.

You can see in the pictures Darell hard at work grilling up those Santa Maria Tri-Tip Steaks!

We’re thrilled to announce that Loco Mama Tamales and Catering has been invited to participate in the Annual Beef Showdown at the State Fair tomorrow, September 1st! 🎉🐄

Join us from 11 am to 4:30 pm as we prepare three mouthwatering beef dishes for the State Fair judges. But that’s not all—you can sample our creations too!
