Harmony At Home will be a guest speaker at this workshop next week, Wednesday the 16th, talking about the importance of organizing and decluttering sooner rather than later!!

🧠 I will talk about topics like “Why your brain freezes when you walk into a cluttered room,” explaining a little bit of the neuroscience to bring awareness to the habits in our daily routines that we want to change.

I’ll even touch on having hard conversations with our elderly parents and loved ones about an abundance of accumulated belongings, the responsibility it puts on others when it isnt dealt with, and even hoarding situations! ❤️
