Creating calm in the middle of the night… one tiny signal at a time.

For a lot of neurodivergent families, nighttime isn’t always restful.
Too much light wakes the brain up.
Too much stimulation makes it hard to fall back asleep.
And those middle-of-the-night bathroom trips can completely dysregulate your nervous system before the day even starts.

One of my favorite simple home resets?
🕯️ Battery-lit candles in the bathroom…..This is my bathroom! 🤍

Soft lighting has become one of my biggest “regulation tools” at home. Instead of turning on harsh overhead lights at 2AM, I keep calming ambient lighting that lets my brain and body stay relaxed and sleepy.
