The House
The Sunset Bluffs estate includes a 5,500 square foot 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom House that can accommodate up to 20 guests. The House has a large commercial kitchen with stainless steel appliances that can be used for catering purposes. The House— designed in a Mid-century modern style—has a spacious layout and includes a dining area, a breakfast bar with a lounging area off of the kitchen and a great reception room with a dramatically high ceiling. There is a furnished covered backyard patio, which provides the House guests shade from the sun or cover in case of rain.
Private Sand Beach
The private sand beach in the backyard of the House can be used for the wedding ceremony. It also serves as a wonderful dance floor area, where guests can kick off their shoes and let loose with the sand between their toes. The couple’s chosen entertainer can easily set-up sound and lighting for this unique outdoor area, and power points are accessible from the House.
Grassy Area
A large Grassy Area next to the quarry lake makes a great space for a tented or open-air reception. The Grassy Area provides great views of the House and the lake.
