ELEANOR | newborn

Snuggly fall mornings call for the sweetest newborn sessions!! I finally got to meet Eleanor, and she is pure perfection. The McDowell household is Gilmore Girls-coded... white picket fence + fall leaves covering the sidewalk. I was obsessed with every inch of their *almost* 100 year old home!! Gorgeous natural light, the old staircase, and a giant front porch overlooking their quaint small town street. Everything about it was so homey + the best place to raise their girl.

Eleanor was a sleepy girl through her shoot, with only one tiny "crash out" as her parents called it. 🤣 Hannah + Keven take on the parent role oh so well. 🤍

THE PRITCHETT FAMILY | extended

The busiest (and prettiest) day at Klondike over the weekend with the Pritchett family! The kids got their mom a family photo session for Christmas last year and we finally got it in, and on her birthday at that! We got all the family photos documented that she will cherish forever. 🤍

Family + extended sessions make the BEST gifts for everyone - here is proof! Update your walls and albums with the sweetest grand babies faces and updated individual families as well. I feel like every year someone gets married, babies are born, kids get bigger, and photos with grandparents are more special than ever.

COLTER | newborn

Nothing like an 8am newborn session in STL... You know that means rush hour on 141/270, but clearly SO worth it for the Moore fam! 🤍 I had the best time with Kenzy + Brandon and their boys. Lincoln is so proud of his little baby brother, and it's just the sweetest sight! These two are actual twins. 🥹 I think early morning newborn sessions are the way to go. It was truly the best way to start the day, crazy toddler's and all!

So grateful for all of the families that have been with me from their wedding day's to the birth of their 1st, 2nd, etc. babies! I love my job. 😭

THE KLIETHERMES FAMILY

Pulled up to heaven tonight… what was 5 min from UHS felt like 5 hours from town… the most perfect piece of MO countryside complete with cow pastures + vibrant trees. Sarah (a photographer herself) led me around the property knowing ALL of the hot spots and boy did she deliver. As we were walking up the hill, I said “Lord, give us 2 minutes of sunshine!” AND HE DID. 🥹 As I was photographing Ella, a senior planning to pursue ministry next fall at Ozark Christian College, the sun came out. God was literally shining down on her taking senior portraits with her Bible! The sun decided to stick around and we were able to finish the session in FULL golden hour perfection.

I love a good overcast, but sunshine is forever my favorite. God NEVER fails to deliver sunshine whe I simply as for it out loud. I’ve been doing this for over 8 years and can confirm sunshine is delivered when asked for. 😭 The Kliethermes fam showed up + showed out!! What a beautiful family, and what a privilege it was to photograph them! 🤍

THE WALLIS FAMILY

I had such a great time with Keith, Rachel, and their kiddos this evening! November has really been showing off with the prettiest extended fall season ever! The yellow trees at golden hour are my favorite, and will indefinitely be in your photos if they’re available. 😆 Keith happens to be good friends with my brother (imagine that) so thanks again to Doug for constantly telling his friends about me- my fall has been full of his buddies and their fams!! I’ll take it! 👏

Brooklyn + Ben were so much fun, running around and keeping me entertained all evening, they even suggested some photo ops, and I couldn’t resist! The bench really was a cute touch. 😉

THE BODEN FAMILY

One thing about me is if you want to move around to different backdrops while we shoot, I am GAME. I love getting multiple looks through sessions whether we do studio photos then take it outside, or hit up a golden hour field then end in the pine grove at blue hour. 😍

I have been photographing this fam since Carson was a newborn baby in a basket…. He’s legit HUGE now and I can’t believe it. I have my own babies that grow in the blink of an eye, but one of the best parts of my job is seeing my families + their babies grow, too! Family + newborn photography is my passion and I truly hope it shows. 🥹🤍

THE CHESNUT FAMILY

Are you JOKING?! I had the best time with The Chestnut family last night updating their family photos and capturing portraits of their beautiful babies!! Any time to hang out with this crew is such a treat- last time I saw them we documented Quincy's newborn photos. The boys are wild and those girls are so, so precious. 🤍

The colors and the weather were so perfect for their November session.... these fall colors are hanging on for us and I am so thankful! I can't wait to keep working on this gorgeous gallery! 😍

THE SKIEF FAMILY

Oh my gosh, last night was SO much fun! The way I had to scale rocks and be crazier than ever to get these boys to take the best pics for their mom + dad! 👏 These kids did just that and we had so much fun throwing rocks, playing with their baby brother, and capturing all of those gorgeous fall colors.

Meghan is the one that taught me “don’t smile!!!” this past spring to get her kids to smile. Needless to say, I’ve used that on my kids ever since. It really works!! Also, crazy small world. My husband has been SO sick the past few weeks with bronchitis-turned-pneumonia, and Dan was the one that treated him the day before their session. 😆 it doesn’t get more ironic than that!

SARAH + BLAKE

I had way too much fun with these two last night! After rescheduling a few times because of the awful weather we've had, we finally got our sunshine! Sarah is absolutely stunning, and soooo sweet! Blake happened to know my brother (small world) and was hysterical. I had the best time capturing their love + the sunshine as fall wraps up its vibrant season. They're in the midst of planning their wedding + I am soooo excited for them!! 🤍

CAMPBELL LAKE | newborn

I got to spend this rainy Sunday afternoon in the Kluesner household, getting to meet Samantha + Joe’s newest addition. Campbell was wide eyed and ready for his close up; such an easy going, precious little boy. And can we talk about how darling his nursery is?!

Newborn + family sessions forever have my heart. Getting to connect with other parents, check in via socials + yearly sessions, and watching babies grow is truly the icing on the cake. Family is everything. Capture it. 🤍
