Bear & Ol Red just finished up another State BBQ now off to do some more BBQ end of the month. Come on down to Carpenter Park in Washington for some old school BBQ at the concert in the park at the end of the month.

Day 2 cooking for the AOT team district 5&8. Pulled pork,BBQ chicken,hotdogs,hamburgers,pasta salad and potato salad. They are eating good today.

Bear & Ol Red BBQ will be going at it today for a Birthday party. Smoking some ribs and doing chicken, hamburgers and hotdogs with green salad and potato salad. Should be a good day to smoke

It is a busy year this year. Building a new house, selling an old, and 3 BBQ gigs this year, unfortunately not many more than that.

Smoked 14 pork butts for a surprise birthday party yesterday. Took about 16 hrs and the meet just fell off the bone. All the ate loved the food.
