Mazel Tov, David!
It was especially exciting to create decor for David’s Bar Mitzvah, because I so enjoyed working with his family for his older brother Ben’s Bar Mitzvah in 2023.
A huge thanks to mom Ella, for putting her faith in me once again for her family’s special occasions!
Mom created the logo herself, and I incorporated it into six tall centerpieces, 12 cocktail centerpieces, table numbers, seating chart, sign-in board, and card box.

Mazel Tov, David!
It was especially exciting to create decor for David’s Bar Mitzvah, because I so enjoyed working with his family for his older brother Ben’s Bar Mitzvah in 2023.
A huge thanks to mom Ella, for putting her faith in me once again for her family’s special occasions!
Mom created the logo herself, and I incorporated it into six tall centerpieces, 12 cocktail centerpieces, table numbers, seating chart, sign-in board, and card box.

Mazel tov, ADDIE!
I began working with Addie‘s delightful family 13 months prior to her Bat Mitzvah day. We started with the design of three logos, followed by a sign-in board, candle-lighting display with custom name sign, 20 tall cube centerpieces and table numbers, a seating chart, some custom signage, and individually personalized swag labels for more than 100 teen guests!
Addie and her mom and dad were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I loved melding our creative ideas together to bring Addie’s Dancing Queen vision to life!

Her Mom and I began working together a year in advance to create a wonder wonderland themed Bat Mitzvah reception with a mix of cocktail-sized, medium-height, and tall centerpieces for the cocktail hour, sit down meal, and teen lounge, featuring illuminated logo cubes, and metallic and translucent gems.
Fancy Jane Events designed the candlelighting display, card box, seating cards, table numbers, tabletop signage, and custom logo napkins. We also labeled 100 cubbies on two walls.
It was a pleasure working with this family to bring their vision to life!

Thank you for working with us on our Winter Wonderland vision for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah! I appreciated your creativity and responsiveness during the planning process, which instilled confidence that everything would be perfect on the day of, and the end results turned out just as we imagined. Mazel tov to Hudson on his Bar Mitzvah!

The family provided all decor, minus my contribution of a card box.

I worked as Day-Of Coordinator. Pre-party, I set up all materials in the lobby and made sure the banquet hall layout was arranged exactly as planned.

A diverse event with many moving parts, I helped coordinate and manage the logistics of multiple vendor arrivals and setups, including casino dealers, airbrush artists, dessert chefs, food delivery and buffet displays, all-day food-and-drink replenishment, and even briefly assisted the photographer with her equipment. Whatever it takes to make an event run smoothly, I’m there!

Mazel tov Rena, on your Bat Mitzvah! For this event, I connected Mom with a talented colleague who created a beautiful lavender international foods logo.
I incorporated the design into 18 light-up cubes, which were placed throughout the kiddush luncheon and entry hall. No photography on Shabbat, so here are just a few photos prior to event setup.

Jaxson’s Bar Mitzvah!
I loved working with the family on this red, black, and white snowboarding theme! Created 8 light-up logo-trio table centerpieces, table numbers, 4 LED cocktail centerpieces, candle lighting, seating chart, card box, custom signage, decals, and more. Shared some creative ideas for the family’s DIY plans, and arrived early at the venue to set up decor, serve as on-site day-of coordinator, and set up take-home s’mores and hoodies.
