- - ...... The Washington DC community presents THE EMPTY EVENT!
I can show you better than I can tell you! A two day activation on the National Mall orchestrated by -25 tables represents 250,000 live event professionals/Industry workers affected by COVID-19 who compromise the 12 million people nationwide.
The live events Industry was the first to shut down due to the pandemic and will likely be one of the last to reopen.
While many industries have received financial support from federal relief aid packages, the live events sector has not.
We need your help! Spread our message. Reach out to your Member of Congress. Help us take action.

I am a BLACK MAN! I build. I don’t tear down OTHER MEN! I have felt the pain of being torn down and I have decided I will build others up....
All to often, we men find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With ALL of the negativity going around let’s do something positive! Listen, I am not perfect nor do I confess to be. I have and I do make mistakes. I have shortcomings. I pray for discernment and ask God to help guide me in my everyday walk. I’ve always tried to help people and I will continue that journey. I usually don’t participate in challenges but this is so uplifting- thanks to my brothers and I accept your challenge.
