We were tapped to produced AWS’s NAMER Tech Summit, an internal gathering designed to keep their teams aligned, informed, and inspired as they lead the next era of AI.

From main stage sessions to hands-on breakout rooms, our event flow had to keep collaboration and intention top of mind and team Stratus knows how deliver.

Swipe through for an inside look at the final product from our AWS Namer Tech Summit. We helped AWS bring together their teams for a full day of collaboration and inspiration through main stage sessions, hands-ons breakout groups and a happy hour reception to wrap it all up.

And in case you were wondering, yes this team is full of sneakerheads, so we found ways to integrate shoe culture throughout the day from a sneaker polaroid wall, a sneaker memory match game, to a pair of customizable converse!

On Wednesday, we had the pleasure of catering for the Global Tech Summits at Dock 5. From delicious passed bites and custom ice cubes, to a custom Converse experience by Blithe Embroidery | Premium Embroidery Studio, games by Vince Trice Activations | NJ Photo Booth NYC Philly, a Chinese take-out station, and personalized trading cards by BeyondPhotos DC. Every detail was designed with the guest experience in mind.

At its core, the CBCF’s Annual Legislative Conference is about creating space. From conversations that shape policy, to the partnerships that turn ideas into action, all for a community to gather and be heard on its own terms. Supporting a weekend built for that kind of change is exactly what Stratus is about.

Safe to say this event rocked! 🤘🎸

We’re taking a look back at our work producing Washingtonian’s Best Of Washington with Washingtonian Magazine Events which celebrated some of the top restaurants from around the DMV. We took over The Anthem and made sure guests felt fully emerged in a world of Rock n Roll.

Not pictured: 12 hours of load in, managing over 65 chef tables, and directing over 2000 attendees through registration… but don’t worry, we always make it through. 😎🎶

Bringing the West Coast to DC for a night. 🌞🌆

We recently produced the launch event for FX Networks The Drop: A Snowfall Saga (The Drop: A Snowfall Saga) at the National Museum of African American History and Culture.

Every detail was purpose-driven, designed to pull guests straight into the world of the show: West Coast textures, sun-soaked color palettes, and a soundtrack that set the tone. We didn’t just host an event — we built an atmosphere that carried the spirit of South LA into the heart of DC.

Walking through the drapes of old Hollywood inconspicuously... 🎬

Live jazz, chandeliers lining the red carpet, ch*****ne skirt performers, a hidden speakeasy, and a walk down memory lane with Hollywood’s biggest stars. This gala had something to peek into at every turn, and every detail made the night feel like you stepped onto a movie set. So much fun! Safe to say this corporate gala was anything but corporate.
