Hegens Golden Pig Rentals is looking for a motivated, outgoing Part-Time Business Development & Outreach Representative to help introduce our sanitation and rental services to businesses, government agencies, contractors, property managers, event planners, and other organizations throughout the Washington, DC area.

***What You'll Do

Visit local businesses, government agencies, federal offices, contractors, and organizations to introduce our company and services.
Develop relationships with potential commercial and government clients.
Distribute company information, brochures, business cards, and promotional materials.
Identify potential contracting, vendor, event, and recurring-service opportunities.
Follow up with contacts and potential clients.
Collect contact information and basic business needs from prospects.
Help build a database of potential customers and referral partners.
Report outreach activities, contacts, leads, and follow-up opportunities to management.
Represent the company professionally while attending meetings, networking events, and making business visits.
Who We're Looking For
Professional, friendly, and confident when speaking with businesses and organizations.
Comfortable approaching new people and introducing a company.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Organized and able to keep accurate records of contacts and follow-ups.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Washington, DC area.
Previous experience in sales, business development, government contracting, property management, hospitality, event services, or customer relations is a plus.

***Schedule
Part-time — flexible schedule
Primarily weekday business hours, depending on meetings, appointments, networking events, and outreach opportunities.
Compensation
Part-time / hourly or performance-based compensation — to be discussed based on experience.

Experienced Portable Toilet Driver/Technician
Location: Washington, DC

Schedule: 3–4 days per week, including some weekends
About Us

Golden Pig Rentals provides portable toilets, sanitation equipment, tables, chairs, and event rentals for construction sites, parties, and large events.

Qualifications
>Previous experience servicing portable toilets or sanitation equipment preferred
>Valid driver’s license; CDL not required
>Experience driving a 26-ft stake truck
>Clean driving record
>Negative drug/urinalysis test required
>Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
>Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
>Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
Drive service and delivery trucks to assigned job sites according to daily routes
Service and maintain portable toilets, holding tanks, sinks, showers, and related equipment
Deliver, set up, and pick up portable toilets, hand sinks, tanks, and other equipment
Maintain accurate service tickets, truck logs, and required paperwork
Communicate with dispatch and management regarding route changes, equipment issues, or customer concerns
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

>Physical Requirements
Sit, stand, walk, crouch, squat, kneel, and climb in and out of equipment
Repeatedly use hands and tools to service equipment
Lift up to 40 lbs from waist to shoulder level
Lift up to 30 lbs from floor to overhead
Push and pull up to 100 lbs
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Work outdoors and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
