I keep telling friends and family that I haven't worked this hard in a long time, but this work is so worthwhile and rewarding.

I set out wanting to give Executive Directors of nonprofits a resource to navigate the complexities of stakeholders, board members, and staff members - and ended up pulling resources from leadership trainings back in 2022 when I worked as a revenue manager in Mexico.

I dug deep, pulled every best practice I knew, and put it all into this webinar.
