Often times, the behind the scenes crew do not get the credit they deserve. As guests, we attend events — eat, drink laugh, be merry and go home. All is well, however, the amount of work most kitchen teams put in is unbelievable!

’s FOH and BOH crew deserve all of the flowers 💐! Not only did everyone work hard, put out fires and provide top tier service, they managed to do it all with smiling faces. We laughed and joked the entire evening. 😂😂

“I worked with Mimi and her team for an investiture ceremony, and they were incredible from start to finish. We needed additional servers since our restaurants (Cane and St. James) are so busy on weekends that we can’t always pull our internal staff for external events — and Mimi’s team brought the same energy, professionalism, and hospitality standards we expect from our own employees. Everyone was kind, organized, and went above and beyond — they even helped us return catering supplies afterward. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who’s both talented and genuinely thoughtful, but Mimi is exactly that. We’ll definitely be using her for future large-scale events, and I’ve already referred her to others. Highly recommend!”

It’s been a little Mixin’, a little Mimi, and a whole lot of life. 💛

I know, I know… “Mimi, where you been?” 👀
Just know we haven’t disappeared on you, we just haven’t been posting as consistently. And I know that probably drives you crazy, because how else are you supposed to keep up with everything that’s been happening at our events? 😩

As a matter of fact, right after this post I’m going to share what our client over at recently said about us; something we still haven’t shared with y’all.

The last time you saw us we were serving up at , kicking it with the crew, mixing for cast in Delaware, and even celebrating ’s10-Year Anniversary!

And then… crickets. 🦗 Oh, silly, inconsistent me. 😂

Welcome to all my new followers. I see y’all and I’m so happy to have you here. And heyyyy to my day ones because y’all already know the vibes.

So what’s been going on? Well, the world’s on fire 😔. Between the changes politically, economically, and socially, you can imagine how much that impacts the events and hospitality world. In addition to that, my little one officially transitioned from homeschool to (physical) middle school, and whewww, it feels like I’m back in middle school too. That transition has been real, and I know parents can relate.

We’ve also been doing some serious fall cleaning and purging, refreshing, rebranding, and getting things in order behind the scenes to bring you some exciting new experiences as we head into the holiday season.

Oh, and somewhere in between all that, I’m still trying to drink water and keep my edges. 😂🤣

Just know we are still here for you. We love and appreciate every single one of our clients, past and present, and we are booking events through the end of the year and as we move into 2026. Wow, wow, wow! From a chance encounter a few months ago in the .ky airport 🛩️ to a “Conversation and Cocktails” event at the … what a beautiful full-circle moment!

It was such an unexpected joy to reconnect and be remembered by as we served during his book signing event for Unfinished Business.

A huge thank you to and for bringing us in to curate the tasting experience. We crafted a specialty cocktail that highlighted just how beautifully Sable Bourbon mixes… and let’s just say, it made one hell of a whiskey sour. 🥃

Still feeling the love from ’s 🔟-year anniversary celebration. We had the pleasure of creating custom branded cocktails for the occasion, featuring the CHACC logo and ’s original artwork right on the drinks. 🔥

Thank you for having us. From fundraisers to Art All Night, we’ve been rocking with CHACC since 2018, and every time it’s a whole vibe.

Fun fact: I recently debated and joked with about whether we met at age five or six. Either way, we’ve been on this journey of life, growth, motherhood, and purpose ever since. That’s what makes celebrating her accomplishments even more special! 🥹
