Diane said it better than we could: "They become an extension of your existing team."

That phrase keeps coming back from clients, and we don't take it for granted. It gets earned on the work she names: finding sponsors nobody knew were out there, and sitting at the hotel negotiating table on the organization's side of it.

☕ 𝗚𝗼-𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸? Does a hot cup of black coffee count? It's my answer no matter the time of day, or the temperature outside.

📚 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱? Tough one. On any given day I could pick a different book for a thousand reasons. Today it's A Gentleman in Moscow.

🎵 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁? If my playlist had a name it would be "Musical Whiplash." It goes from Rubber Duckie to Lose Yourself without warning.

💬 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲? For parents: don't blink. Everyone tells you how fast it goes. I heard it too, and I didn't understand how true it was until I was through it.

We're grateful we spent last week onsite in Las Vegas with the Self Storage Association for the 2026 Fall Conference + Trade Show.

Susanne, Andrew, and Gus were on the floor all week: supporting registration, badge printing, and lead retrieval. Behind them, project manager Peter mapped it all out months in advance.

Our CEO, Robert Kozub, is attending 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗧𝗠: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 on September 17, 2026 in Chicago.

Association Forum built this one-day experience for men and allies across the association community. As Association Forum President and CEO Artesha Moore puts it, "𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳.
