Tara brings over a decade of experience building innovative digital solutions in the events industry, with a strong background that spans both product management and event production.

Her career includes leadership roles at Sessionboard, Enchant Labs, Agility PR Solutions, and nearly 10 years with Ottawa Bluesfest, where she consistently delivered transformational outcomes through product design, digital strategy, and technology integrations. She’s passionate about integrity, human-centered design, and creating solutions that make a real impact.
