etails. In September of 2012, Capitol Romance launched a side, wedding coordination business as well, to further help couples plan & execute the personalized, unique wedding they always wanted. Capitol Romance loves to share DIY inspiration & tutorials, engagement features, personal & advice pieces, and anything that hopes to inspire and change the overly traditional and opulent DC wedding scene. We love connecting with up and coming vendors and we love connecting our readers to all things local in the DC metro area. Eeeeesh not even gonna try and apologize for the utter lack of silence around these parts, but for those that follow, we ARE still blogging (thanks to Kara), and we are still finishing out some wedding coordination gigs this year ... which brings me to my next point .... I am officially on the hunt for a few people that might want to take day-of coordination clients under the brand and business. Even though I shut my contact sheet down ... people are STILL finding me and asking if we are taking clients for 2022.

While personally I don't think I can juggle wedding coordination + my day job + my family + everything else going on in my life, I do want to continue helping rad couples in DC have the wedding day they deserve.
