When two people walk our client down the aisle, we definitely take some time at rehearsal to talk about the easiest way to walk together 3-wide (hint: the escorts hold on to the marrier, not the other way around) because how often do you do that, while also carrying a bouquet of flowers? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Oh man, where do we even start? What an absolutely fun and joyous day we just spent celebrating Claire and Shubham! We get asked a lot about the smallest and largest guest counts we've seen and honestly, we can't really remember what those numbers are. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Whether you have 16 guests or 160 guests, the small details that make an event special require a similar effort to put together and we love helping with yours! 🥰

Tip: If you want to do a champagne toast (or a champagne tower for that matter), that's great! We'll make sure the time for pouring it is reflected in your timeline.🍾 If not, consider doing "glass in hand" toasts, which is exactly what it sounds like - guests toast with whatever drink they happen to have with them at the time! Either way, cheers!🥂🍷

Memory tables are one area where we always need a little direction on wedding day. Since we don't know Grandma Jane from Grandpa Joe, a numbering system or a few sticky notes (we've even had some creative diagrams!) go a long way to making sure everything is set up exactly how you want it.🖼

Few things are better as a wedding vendor than to walk into a room full of our favorite fellow wedding vendors on wedding day. When we know and like a vendor, we've more than likely successfully worked with them a number of times in the past. And when your vendor team gets along and can anticipate what each other needs, your day is going to go that much smoother, guaranteed! 💐

We joke around a lot about how often one side of the wedding party has to get up super early for hair and makeup while the other side is...off doing whatever they are doing. But in reality, we know and appreciate that there are a lot of sports happening at any given moment (now 🏀⚾️⚽️, soon 🏈), so whether you want to watch the big game 📺, play sports video games 🎮 or get in a round of golf ⛳️ on the morning of your wedding (please wear sunscreen!), we can help make sure the time is built into the timeline to make that happen! 🤗

Not only do we send all your vendors an email with the timeline and floorplans (and any other info they might need)📋, but we also encourage them to ask any further questions of us and not of you. You should be greeting guests as they come into town✈️, getting your manis/pedis done💅 and hopefully *relaxing* 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ before the big day instead of answering questions that you've probably already answered 8,000 times by that point! 🤗
