We are looking for a bridal shop manager who can build a positive, high-performing team, rally them around a shared goal, and take ownership of both the business and the bride experience.
This is a hands-on retail leadership role. You’ll be on the floor with your team—taking appointments, coaching in the moment, solving problems, celebrating wins, and stepping in wherever needed. At the same time, you’ll oversee the details behind the scenes that keep the shop, team, and every bride’s order moving forward.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Retail experience is required. We’re looking for someone who understands the pace, responsibility, customer service, and sales expectations of a retail environment.
-Previous management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred, particularly within a sales-driven environment.
-Bridal experience is ideal, but not required.
-Experience in luxury retail, fashion, styling, hospitality, or another high-touch sales environment can translate well to this role.
-Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is focused, organized, people-minded, sales-driven, creative, and ready to take real ownership of their team and their shop.
