Just leaving the spa. Being there 9 AM to 6 PM sounds about the right amount of time we needed to indulge in. It was that good. Alhamduli’llah!!!

On today’s walk (2.62 miles, I was consumed with this as i listened to my audiobook … I know I’m super late to the James Patterson party, but I just started reading the , and W🤯W!!! How is this man able to portray so authentically?! Again … I have just arrived at the psych thriller party because that genre used to scare me, so don’t judge me 😅

I am genuinely blown away by how well-defined and multi-dimensional this Cross character is, considering the series is writer by a Caucasian. Like…how?? The depth, the humanity, the balance between his personal and professional life … alla’dat is a genuine chef’s kiss!

Anyone else a fan of Patterson or Alex Cross? Or am I literally the last person on earth to discover this masterpiece? 👀
